Net Asset Value Estimate - Replacement of RNS Number: 5707F

The following amendments have been made to the "Net Asset Value Estimate" announcement released on 21 February 2018 at 16:30 under RNS Number 5707F:

·     The NAV estimate "ex-dividend" has been amended from 107.61 pence per ordinary share to 106.25 pence per ordinary share.

·     The NAV estimate "cum-income" has been amended from 106.25 pence per ordinary share to 107.61 pence per ordinary share.

All other details remain the same.
