The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.30am on 16 July 2019 at the Company's registered office at 1st Floor, Royal Chambers, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3JX.
The notice of AGM and form of proxy will shortly be posted to shareholders and the notice of AGM will be available on the Company's website, www.axiom-ai.com.
