The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.30am on 25 July 2022 at the Company's registered office at 1st Floor, Royal Chambers, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3JX.

 

The notice of AGM and form of proxy have been posted to shareholders and the notice of AGM will be available on the Company's website, www.axiom-ai.com .
