Publication of supplementary prospectus

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") which is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Company's placing programme prospectus published on 8 May 2017 (the "Prospectus").

The Supplementary Prospectus relates to the entry into a Deed of Amendment (the "Deed of Amendment") between the Company and Axiom Alternative Investments SARL (the "Investment Manager") amending certain terms of the Investment Management Agreement between the Company and the Investment Manager. The Deed of Amendment was entered into on 24 November 2017 in order to address certain matters that were identified by the Company and the Investment Manager in relation to the effect of the performance fee calculation provisions of the Investment Management Agreement in certain circumstances.  The amendments are described in detail in the Supplementary Prospectus.  The Investment Management Agreement remains in full force and effect subject to the amendments contained in the Deed of Amendment.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
