Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company")

Update re. possible share issuance

Following the Company's AGM earlier this month the Company's investment manager, Axiom Alternative Investments SARL (the "Investment Manager"), has been conducting update meetings with the Company's shareholders.  The Company is pleased with the response to these meetings and is aware that a number of investors are potentially interested in buying shares in the Company.  Recognising the limited liquidity available in the secondary market, the Board will consider issuing new shares to satisfy demand.

It is anticipated that any shares issued by the Company would be issued at a price not less than 100 pence per share.
