REF: INTIMATION UNDER REGULATION 30 AND 44 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("LISTING REGULATIONS")

We wish to inform you that the 30^th Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the members of the Axis Bank Limited (the "Bank") was held today i.e., July 26, 2024, through Video Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") wherein, the business(es) as mentioned in the Notice of AGM dated April 25, 2024 were transacted.
