B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the niche development capital provider to early stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Nicholas Carter, B.P. Marsh's Non-Executive Director, purchased 3,009 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8th April 2021 at a price of 282p per share. In addition to this, on the same day Fiona Carter, a Person Closely Associated with Nicholas Carter, purchased 5,314 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 282p per share.
Following the transaction, Nicholas Carter and his wife, Fiona Carter are together interested in a total of 28,323 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.076% of the total voting rights of the Company.
