PDMR and Director Dealings
B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, has traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company has been made aware that Mr. Carter on 19th October 2023 sold 4,862 Ordinary Shares for 362.6p per share, or an aggregate of £17,616.66. Immediately after, Mr. Carter purchased 4,804 Ordinary Shares for 368p per share, or an aggregate of £17,678.72. The transaction was part of a Bed and ISA transaction. As a result of the transaction, Mr. Carter has a beneficial interest in 32,840 Ordinary Shares (including 5,314 shares owned by his wife Fiona Carter) representing in aggregate 0.09% of the total voting rights of the Company.
