Grant of Options and Director Dealing

Veltyco Group plc (AIM:VLTY), the online gaming, lottery and binary option business, announces that, on 30 June 2016, David Mathewson, Marcel Noordeloos, Hans Dahlgren and Mark Rosman were granted options, as part of the Company's Share Option Scheme, over a total of 2,300,000 ordinary shares of zero par value each ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below:

Following the grant of options outlined above, David Mathewson, Marcel Noordeloos, Hans Dahlgren and Mark Rosman have options over the following numbers of Ordinary Shares:

Furthermore, on 30 June 2016, Marcel Noordeloos, CFO of the Company, purchased 284,750 shares from Vistra (Malta) ltd and 284,750 shares from Vancom Ventures Ltd, at a price of 22p per share. Following the share purchases, Marcel Noordeloos holds 859,954 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 1.53% of the Company's issued share capital.

Apart from the above, the other directors' holdings of Ordinary Shares remain unchanged and as previously announced.
