                                 BOARD CHANGES


Peterhouse Group plc announces that David Jackson, Executive Chairman and Simon
Foster, Development Director have left the Company with immediate effect and are
no longer directors.

Peter Rogers has been appointed as Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Mr
Rogers, aged 57, is the Chief Executive Officer of Babcock International Group
plc.

William Tame has also been appointed to the Board of Peterhouse as an executive
director with immediate effect. Mr Tame, aged 50, is the Finance Director of
Babcock International Group plc. From 15 November 1999 to 14 December 2001 he
was a director of Scapa Group PLC.

The Company advises that no details have failed to be disclosed under Paragraph
16.4 of the UKLA Listing Rules.
