BAE Systems completes acquisition of OASYS Technology

Further to the announcement of 7 September 2010, BAE Systems has completed on 19 October 2010 the acquisition of OASYS Technology LLC, a US manufacturer of electro-optical systems and sub-assemblies, for an initial cash consideration of approximately $25m (£16m) and a potential earn out of up to $30m (£19m).
