Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for the admission of 35,149 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 p each fully paid
ranking pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to the Official List and to
trading.

These shares will be issued to satisfy the conversion of 7.75p net Cumulative
Convertible Preference Shares.
