Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of
7,241 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the conversion of 7.75p (net) Cumulative
Convertible Preference Shares into ordinary shares.
