Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the
Official List of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading
of, 11,834 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the conversion of 7.75p (net) Cumulative
Convertible Preference Shares into ordinary shares.
