non-executive Director on 10 September 2006.


Sir Nigel Rudd is currently a director of Alliance Boots plc, Barclays plc and
Pendragon plc and is a former director of Pilkington plc, Kidde plc and Boots
Group plc.  He has no other details to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 of The
Listing Rules.
