The Company was notified today that Philip Bramwell, a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibility, acquired 41,966 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in
BAE Systems plc on 13 March 2008 at a price of 478 pence per share.  The
transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
