The Company has been notified that Dick Olver, the Company's Chairman, acquired 3,343 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 337.6 pence per share on 17 February 2011.
The Company has also been notified that Pamela Olver, a Connected Person to Dick Olver, acquired 3,133 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 338.27 pence per share on 17 February 2011.
The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
