The Company has been notified that Paul Anderson, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, today acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 316.5051 pence per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
