BAE Systems plc announces that its subsidiary BAE Systems (Overseas Holdings)
Limited has today sold its 25.05% shareholding in Cybersim (Pty) Limited of
South Africa to Saab Grintek Defence (Pty) Limited for a cash consideration of
£510,000
