BAE Systems sells its Container Solutions assets in Berthoud, Colorado

BAE Systems has agreed the sale of its Container Solutions assets in Berthoud, Colorado to Rocky River Holdings LLC for cash consideration of approximately $1 million.  The Berthoud facility manufactures highly specialized shipping containers for the U.S. Armed Forces.
