Disposal of interest in Xchanging Procurement Services (Holdco) Limited

BAE Systems plc today completed the sale of BAE Systems plc's 50% shareholding
interest in Xchanging Procurement Services (Holdco) Limited to XUK Holdco (No.2)
Limited (a company within the Xchanging group) for a deferred cash consideration
of £46.8 million.
