At the Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2008 it is proposed that the Company's
Articles of Association be amended, largely to bring them into line with the
Companies Act 2006.   These amendments are set out in the Notice of Meeting and
the revised Articles of Association are available for inspection at One Silk
Street, London EC2Y 8HQ.  Copies have also been lodged with the Document Viewing
Facility.


Copies of the Annual Report 2007 and Notice of 2008 Annual General Meeting will
be available shortly on the Company's website at www.baesystems.com/reporting/,
whilst copies of the other documents referred to above can be obtained from the
