                           Final Dividend Information


As announced earlier today the directors of BAE Systems plc have proposed a
final dividend of 6.3p per ordinary share.  Payment is subject to the usual
requirement for shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The dividend will be paid on 1 June 2006 to shareholders registered on 21 April
2006.  The ex-dividend date is 19 April 2006.
