                                      FMR Corp (FMR) and Fidelity International Limited (FIL) together
                                      for the purposes of shareholder reporting.  According to the new
                                      DTR rules we are now reporting the indirect holdings of FMR and FIL
                                      separately.  A separate notification is being submitted for FIL.
