TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS - MONTH-END NOTIFICATION: CORRECTION

This is a correction to the Total Voting Rights announcement published at 11:00:11 on 30 June 2023  (RNS Number: 5640E) which incorrectly stated at paragraph (i) that 'as at 30 June 2023, BAE Systems plc had 3,526,853,052 issued ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each admitted to trading.' The correct issued share capital of BAE Systems plc as at 30 June 2023 consisted of 3,256,719,321 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each. The full corrected announcement is included below.

As at 30 June 2023 BAE Systems plc:

(i) had 3,256,719,321 issued ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of ordinary shareholders of BAE Systems plc;

(ii) held 206,633,655 ordinary shares in treasury. The voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended;

(iii) accordingly, had total voting rights of 3,050,085,666.

Therefore, the total voting rights figure of 3,050,085,666 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BAE Systems plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
