Witan Pacific Investment Trust plc announces that Phoenix Administration Services Limited has been appointed as Company Secretary to the Company and pursuant to Listing Rule 9.2.11R is a point of contact with the FSA for enquiries related to the Company. 

As previously announced, the Executive Manager to Witan Pacific Investment Trust plc, Witan Investment Services Limited, continues to be the first point of contact with the FSA.

The Registered Office of the Company is now located at Springfield Lodge, Colchester Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 5PW.
