Witan Pacific Investment Trust plc announces that as a result of a buy-back on 29 June 2012 of 10,000 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 194.1238p per Ordinary share, the issued share capital admitted to trading and total voting rights attaching thereto are as follows:
