WITAN PACIFIC INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (the 'Company')


The issuer advises that the following replaces the Total Voting Rights
announcement released

erroneously on 3 March 2008 at 10:44 under RNS Number 1825P.


Due to an administrative error, the issued share capital was reported as
67,526,989 ordinary shares. The number of shares stated in the announcement
should have read 67,526,968 ordinary shares.

The announcement set out below is the fully corrected version:




Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R we would
like to notify the market of the following:

As at 29 February 2007 Witan Pacific Investment Trust plc's capital consists of
67,526,968 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Witan Pacific Investment Trust
plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
