In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 May 2008 Witan Pacific Investment Trust plc's capital consists of 67,226,968 ordinary shares with voting rights.  

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Witan Pacific Investment Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
