Noting the FSA's recent statement in relation to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and the granting of security over shares, Ralph Kanza, one of the Company's non-executive directors, advised the Company on 14 January 2009 that his beneficial interest of 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company is subject to a security arrangement.
