The Board of Foreign and Colonial Eurotrust plc ('the Company') has been
informed by the manager, F&C Management Limited, that it has appointed Peter
Jarvis to be lead manager of the Company with effect from 1 August 2007.  Peter
Jarvis has been assistant manager since January 2005, and acting manager for
much of the past year.  His appointment does not imply any change to the
objectives or style of the Company.
