Appointment of Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of David Kidd as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 November 2015. 

Mr Kidd is currently a Director of The Law Debenture Pension Trust Corporation plc, a Non-Executive Director of The Salvation Army International Trustee Company and of Martin Currie Global Portfolio Investment Trust and a Director of The Golden Charter Trust Limited. He was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Shires Income plc.

There is no further information required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

The appointment of Mr Kidd falls to be ratified by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in December 2016.
