Correction to Beneficial Interest in Shares at 31 August 2016

Following Keith Falconer's resignation from the Board of Rain Dance Investments Limited ('Rain Dance') in November 2015, the shares in the Company held by Rain Dance ceased to be relevant to Mr Falconer's disclosable interest.  As a result, his beneficial holding of 18,500 shares disclosed in the Annual Report for the year to 31 August 2016 should be shown as 8,000 shares.
