Retirement of Chairman 

The Company announces that Malcolm Murray, Chairman, will be resigning from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting being held 10 December 2008.

Richard Barfield, Chairman designate, said 'Malcolm has played an integral part in steering the Company through various market cycles and his experience will be missed. I would like to thank him, on behalf of my fellow Directors and I, for his contribution to the Board over previous years.'
