The Company announces that Richard Barfield will be standing down from the Board, and as Chairman, at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2014. Nick Bannerman will become Chairman of the Board and Keith Falconer will become Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.
