On 18 August 2022 , the Company purchased 92,000 ordinary shares at a price of 791.2815 p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase of the above shares 94,099,459 ordinary shares of 5p each will remain in issue. The Baillie Gifford Japan Trust will hold 228,750 ordinary shares in Treasury.
