The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully paid on 3 February 2016 under its block listing facility.  Following the allotment there are 37,925,497 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were issued for cash on 3 February 2016 at a price of 448.50 per share.
