The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each fully paid on 26 April 2021 under its block listing facility.  Following the allotment there are 311,042,485 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were issued for cash on 26 April 2021 at a price of 246.00p per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
