Results of General Meeting

 

Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at a general meeting of the Company held earlier today the resolution to disapply the statutory pre-emption rights on the issue of ordinary shares, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 11 December 2020 (the "Circular"), was duly approved by shareholders.
