Annual General Meeting

Schroder UK Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 31 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QA on Tuesday, 5 August 2014, resolutions numbered 1 to 14 as set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed.

These resolutions included an ordinary resolution to approve the continuation of the Company as an investment trust for a further five year period.
