Block Listing Application

Schroder UK Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces that a block listing application has been made in respect of 31,374,859 ordinary shares for admission to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted for trading on its main market. The application has been made in respect of the total number of ordinary shares that may be issued pursuant to subscription share conversion rights.
