Further to the announcement made on 29 June 2018, the Board of Schroder UK Growth Fund plc (the "Company") advises that the Company has today changed its name to Baillie Gifford UK Growth Fund plc.

The Company's ticker will change from SDU to BGUK with effect from 3 July 2018.  The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged.
