Subject to Board approval, Chris Rodgers will be assuming responsibility for the
management of the Company's investment portfolio from Jeremy Rigg.
Chris Rodgers joined Schroders in 1982. He is a Director of Schroder Investment
Management Limited where he is Chairman of the UK Strategy Team.
