Schroder UK Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Ms Carolan Dobson, a Director of the Company, will be appointed as a non-executive Director of Blackrock Latin American Investment Trust plc with effect from 1 January 2016.  Ms Dobson will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Management Engagement Committee of Blackrock Latin American Investment Trust plc.
