Final Conversion of Subscription Shares

Schroder UK Growth Fund plc announces that it has issued, under its block listing, 43,394 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of subscription shareholders on the final exercise date. The ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and commence trading today.

Following this issue there are 160,917,184 ordinary shares in issue.  Following their final exercise, the listing of the subscription shares has been suspended.
