Conversion of Subscription Shares

Schroder UK Growth Fund plc announces that it has issued 1,263,553 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of subscription shareholders. The ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and commenced trading yesterday.

Following this issue there are 155,907,095 ordinary shares and 28,769,892 subscription shares in issue.
