Conversion of Subscription Shares

Schroder UK Growth Fund plc announces that today it issued 188,921 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of subscription shareholders. The ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and will commence trading today.

Following this issue there are 157,065,821 ordinary shares and 31,185,938 subscription shares in issue.
