PURCHASE OF SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Schroder UK Growth Fund plc announces that on 13 November 2000, the Company
purchased 110,000 shares for cancellation, at a price of 138.50 pence per share.
Following the purchase, there are a further 198,325,263 shares in issue.
