As referred to in an announcement by the Company on 16 May 2011, the Company has been considering the possibility of an issue of equity. This review was prompted by the desirability for further portfolio diversification in light of the expected IPO by Ivanplats, the Company's largest holding. A further announcement will be made as and when details of this IPO are made available.
