Share Buyback

Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited ('BSRT' or the 'Company') announces that on 14^th August 2015, pursuant to the share buyback authority granted to the Company's Board of Directors on 13^th August 2015, BSRT purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value at an average price of 20 pence per share to be held in treasury. Following this transaction, BSRT has 115,068,335 ordinary shares in issue of which 200,000 are held in treasury.
